Each ml contains 30 mg Levamisole HCl and 60 mg Oxyclozanide
It is administered orally. The pharmacological dose is 7.5 mg Levamisole HCl/kg body weight and 15 mg Oxyclozanide/kg body weight. Practically, 25 ml of Mizolanid Oral Suspension is used per 100 kg of body weight in cattle and 2.5 ml per 10 kg of body weight in sheep
It is used in cattle and sheep for the treatment of gastrointestinal and pulmonary nematodes, namely Dictyocaulus spp. lungworms and Trichostrongylus, Cooperia, Ostertagia (except inhibited larvae), Haemonchus, Nematodirus, Bunostomum, Oesophagostomum, Chabertia spp. gastrointestinal worms. It is also effective in the treatment and control of most adult Fasciola spp. liver fluke infestations found in the liver and bile ducts
Cattle should not be sent to slaughter for 20 days and sheep for 17 days after the last application. It should absolutely not be used in cattle and sheep from which milk is obtained for human consumption
