200 mg Paromomycin sulfate
Pratical dosage for calves: 2.5 ml Bapar Oral Solution/ 10 kg b.w./ day for 7 days.
Pratical dosage for lamb and kids: 0.25 ml/kg b.w./day for 7 days
It is used to reduce the severity and duration of diarrhea caused by Cryptosporidium parvum sensitive to paromomycin in animals with cryptosporidiosis disease and oocysts in their feces. It is also used in the treatment of gastro-intestinal infections caused by Escherichia coli, Salmonella spp. sensitive to Paromomycin in calves whose rumination has not started.
Meat: 62 days(calves), 24 days (lamb and kid)
Should not be used in animals producing milk for human consumption.
